In 2012, the MERCOSUR-AECID Regional Cooperation Program undertook to create a visual identity program for the Mercosur Health Systems Observatory (Observatorio Mercosur de Sistemas de Salud). Círculo Salvo worked on the design of a brand to represent the Observatory, associating it to the block, not to its members, which would fit into the visual world of the Mercosur institutions. The program included several products, and in 2013, the design and production of a series of institutional publications.
